Where is Rajeeyah Sweet Naturals based and where are the products manufactured?

Rajeeyah Sweet Naturals is based in Saint Louis, Missouri. All of our products are manufactured in house.

What makes Rajeeyah Sweet Naturals different from other hair brands?

We make it part of our mission to not only formulate products that are non-toxic and naturally-based, but that also produce the high performance results you want and deserve. To us, it's not just about formulating our products with safe ingredients, but also making products that truly work. Our products are 100% organic and never formulated with sulfates, parabens, phthalates, silicones, synthetic dyes, or DEA.

Are you products Vegan?

Most of our products are vegan friendly with the exception of our Raw Honey Sweet Almond Deep Conditioner and Raw Honey Sweet Almond Cowash Detangler.

Are your products for biracial hair?

Yes, Our products are made for all forms of textured hair. However, some of our products may work better on loose curls than tight curls depending on your hair porosity level.

 

ONLINE ORDERING

What payment methods are accepted on your site?

For your convenience, we currently accept all major Credit Cards, Venmo, Paypal, Google Pay and Meta Pay. We also offer Shop Pay, which allows you to split the cost of your order into four interest-free payments; pay the first installment when you order and get your items immediately, then pay the rest over time in two-week increments.

How do I know if my order was received?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us shortly after placing an order on our website. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder first.

How do I change or cancel an order?

You can request to cancel your order within 5 hours of ordering. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your order please email us at Rajeeyahsweetnaturals@gmail.com.

 

 

What counties do you ship products to?         

We ship to United States, Mexico, Canada, Japan, China, Southeast Asia, Australia, UAE, United Kingdom, Europe, South America, Caribbean, Botswana, Cameroon, Cape Verde, CAR, Chad, Ethiopia, Egypt, Ghana, Malawi, Kenya, Lebanon, Maldives, Morocco, Nigeria, Somalia, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia

What should I do if my tracking say delivered, but I have not received my order?

Depending on which mail carrier is handling your package, some tracking numbers will show a package as “delivered” when it first arrives at the local facility, rather than at your doorstep. If your order doesn’t arrive to you after 3 business days of your tracking status showing “delivered,” please contact your local post office to see if the package was held then reach out to support at Rajeeyahsweetnaturals@gmail.com

 

Do you cover duties for international order?

All orders that are shipped to countries outside of the US are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. When your order arrives in your country where this is the case, you may be responsible for paying local sales taxes and duties costs in order to release your order from customs for delivery.
