DIRECTIONS FOR HAIR: Apply to clean hair. Can be used on wet or dry hair. To achieve bouncy coils, apply to wet hair then style. To achieve long fluffy twists, apply to dry or lightly dampen hair. For defined twists, separate the twists when your hair is completely dry.
